Eat Sleep Ride Repeat is the brainchild of Canadian endurance rider Sarah Cuthbertson.  In 2014, Sarah was selected as the sole Canadian rider that year to race Mongolia’s wild horses 1000 km across the Mongolian steppe.  She started the blog to not only allow others to read of her adventures leading up to and during the race, she was fundraising as well to help offset the approximately $10,000 entry fee.  Since then, the blog has grown to include an online store where fans can purchase their Eat Sleep Ride Repeat gear, as well as contributors Solstice Pecile and Ashley Tomaszewski. In this episode of the podcast, The London Equestrian had a chance to sit down with Sarah and Ashley after they completed their 75 mile and 50 mile races, respectively, and hear the stories of their adventures at the Coates Creek Challenge held this past Canada Day long weekend.
